Just caught this thread. Class bit of work with our platform. I love our basic body shape from every angle. But there are definite needs for improvement.

I once parked my '97 next to a friend's 360 Modena. Although similar in shape, the 360 was seamless. My car had body seams EVERYWHERE. His flowed better, mine was OK. Since then I've been looking for a body kit that didn't add weight (replacement rather than add-on pieces) and one that cleaned and smoothed the basic shape without looking like a kit. None are out there.

Your work is very nice. Yes, it is reminiscent of Vettes, but that's not all bad. It is so much more clean than the outrageous body kits out of Japan. Good job. I think we would all like more pictures and your long-term goal for your car and the fine work you've put into the body.

Best of luck.

Thank you BamBam,

Default, the day i have the front markers ill post a pic especially for you! Although i did find something cool, im still debating if it will look good.

DennisVR97, really appreciate the kind words. I didnt want to go all out and give it a boy racer look so i stuck to a more sober approach.

ilian, its a right hand drive! hence the wipers come the other way from factory.

916 3KGT, i will i will!

WOW total coincidence, I was just gettin on the forum here to post some rough draft ideas for a 360 modena body kit! Before you get excited, I don't do body work at all, I just decided yesterday "hey, I wanna draw a bodykit for a 3k that looks like a 360 modena. ANYWAYS here it is, anyone with body skill can feel free to totally rip my ideas, as long as you tell me so I can see the end result :P

I guess you would have to stick to SMIC, seeing as how there is no front grill.

BTW, this is for the 99 model. Slight modifications would have to be made to the fenders for the rest of the 2nd gen

All years 3000GT ans Stealth have the same fenders. You must have meant the bumpers, because of the corner lights?
