Default Paintless dent removal or puddy work?

Hey guys. I just started this to maybe get a few opinons on which method people prefer.....paintless, or puddied over and repainted? I have a fair share of minor dents on my car and a major dent with paint missing on my passenger door from soemone opening their door into it. I would like to get these removed soon and would appreciate your comments. Thanks, Drew

Not PDR. It'll crack the paint under the clear and you'll get fun little rings of rust in time.

On panels with multiple dings or dents on it, i'd probably opt for fixing it the old fashioned way, have a body shop bang out the dents and then putty over them and repaint, but panels that only have one or two dings, i'd use paintless dent repair on them. You don't want to just fill in the dings with putty, you want to level the surface first by hammering out the dings properly, then only using a small amount of putty to cover the tool marks in the metal and assist in smoothing the surface out.
