i'm looking to get my car painted next year. probably just the exterior, door sills, hatch, and top of the engine bay. probably going to set me back a little less than a full-blown job. still, it does need much prep-work--so that'll be extra.

now i just have to find a shop around warner-robins.

$4400.... removed front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper, spoiler, hood, end caps above tail lights, tail lights, mirros, front panels, doors, extra body work for hood and bumper, removed and replaced all emblems (except the Mitsubishi badge in the back), and removed all dings
includes all prep and paint was "as black as possible" hehe
oh yeh.. family discount since the shop is owned/managed by my cousin

i wish all engine bays were black--regardless of exterior color. heck, they should 2-coat the car from the factory. black the frame--and colorize the exterior. never even think twice about painting the frame afterwards.

It cost me $3600 keeping the same color an only repainting the rear hatch area. The are taking off all the bumpers, lights, etc and fixing the rust. The are also doing some other special requests.
