Default My 1st Gen Headlight conversion

I really like the aerocraft kaze 1st gen conversion. This is a series of pictures of what I did to create a fairly close copy of that setup. I don't have the equipment to mold plastic so I used the factory light surround.

Well... I can tell you where I got the lights. The construction is just an extra mounting bracket I got from a spare headlight set and a couple pieces of angle iron cut from a bed frame with a bolt welded to it. There is no left/right adjustment because of this. There isn't a lot of room to work with. I used an angle grinder to shape the bed iron before I welded it to the headlight bracket so it would fit down in the headlight well.

BTW: I already know that my welding sux.....so you don't need to remind me.

DennisKirk.com - Search Results This is where you can get the 4 1/2 motor cycle headlight that I used. I got mine on ebay and they are made by a company called Drag. The quality isn't the best but they work. I had to cut the bullet shape back off and make a round plate so the back is now flat with the connector sticking through.
