Angry lambo install question

ok so i got the 3000gt "DIRECT BOLT ON"(my ass) lambo kit. after the pqaint of removing the side skirt and fender with all those bolts under the spash guard it doesnt line up. uurrrrr. theres a lip that needs to be removed Photobucket

but thats not the worse of it. theres two sets of wires over ther 1 that goes into the door (fits) and 2 a huge bundle of wires im guessing going to the fuse box. Photobucket
anyone run into thes problems?

Dunno if this is the same install, but I found this video for Deft Racing's vls, and figured you might wanna watch. I have seen it all the way through, and they remove that lip thing your talking about.

Did you get it form ebay?

Pretty much anything other than a vendor around here is going to be one of those universal things labeled as car specific and not fit at all. Sorry to hear you bought it.

based on what he is stating that cut needs to be done with the deft VLS....i have it and yes it is DIRECT bolt on, you just need to cut that small piece out, hardly a show stopper.

Yes, watch the video on Deftracings website , its a "this is how you install it" video in 5min....i would seriously try to get a copy of the real install directions.

as far as the kit....I am about 1/2 a year on it, holds up great.....paint the hindges asap though...one rain storm and they rust up.
