what looks bad about the Stealth Sails and a combat wing together? I've only seen one car like that I think, but it looked pretty sick. I think he did some 2nd Gen 3000gt conversion though, like the sideskirts.
Sorry to bump, but Im doing all of these things tomorrow. Ive done the front bumper, skirts, and caps before, but never the rear (even though its easy enough).
Thanks for the write up.
It's such a tough choice.. the 2nd or 3rd gen front ends make the 1st gen look much more modern.. i have a first gen... but I hardly ever see any cars with pop-ups anymore.. so I kind of want the modern look, but the pop-ups are more unique and , when seen on a 3S, the kiddies are always like
Also anybody got any pics of : 1st gen stealth skirts/sails, 99 front end, hoop spoiler? by chance...

the only problematic area with the rear bumper is the area where it attaches with the quarter panel. With having to remove the trunk plastics, and finagle your arm back in there ESP! the passenger side one. Can be a real pain, literally lol
once you get it done be sure to post up pics! good luck!

cbhenken/Forest Gump has a Stealth converted to a 99' 3000GT with the combat spoiler. He has a 2nd gen RT rear bumper, RT sails, and 99 front end with 2nd gen 3000gt side skirts. It looks pretty sick.

thanks for the compliments! I am still running a 1st gen rear bumper though.
I really like the stealth sails and wouldn't ever consider 3000GT ones as a change.
