hello and little help please - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

hi everyone. im trying to track down a bodykit for my gto but no-one over here in the uk knows of it. i positive i have seen it in a usa car show but cannot find it. only thing i have managed to find is this small pic of rear bumper.

if anyone can help identify it or who makes it, it would be much appreciated.

Thats Kaze. It is hard to come by and FAR from inexpensive.
