These are going in my personal build so may spend the extra to try them out .. And I plan on doing the robo mod with 94 glass and from what iv read 74mm is the diameter to fit over projector .. Well the diameter of the Morimoto LED angel eyes are 90mm OD and 78 ID.. These should still work as long as I'm covering the 74mm ID?

They are actually about 75mm, I called them to ask a few weeks ago. You don't want anything smaller than 74mm ID.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I plugged one of the drains on each headlight with silicone, and unfortunately they still fog up. (I can go about 4 miles until they start fogging up). But they look so damn cool for the first 3 miles! LOL

I'll see if I can re-seal them again.

Make sure your lamp o-rings are in good shape and where they seat is clean. I also use some silicone grease to make sure they seal and slide into the housing easily.

Most all the housings that were fogged up didnt do it anymore when I took some extra time to do these steps.

Find the reason for the problem to make it right!

Thanks, I'll try that first. I have 2 other sets of lights that don't fog that I can canibalize, and it's a hell of a lot easier than re-sealing!

80mm is the size (80 millimeters, or 3.15 inches outer diameter). Perhaps something like this:

CCFL Angel Eye Halo Rings 80mm 3 15 inch White | eBay

* Just to clarify, 80mm is what April recommended in the first post, but due to inner diameters and shroud sizes, not all brands will fit properly. If you were to get rings with the shrouds from ebay, you might want to go with 90mm.

I guess what im asking is what the difference between a kit for a 94 3000gt is compared to an 80mm kit? Other than one is $200 and one is 25?
