Yeah, I saw those. Personally, its not something I would do... but sometimes its a good thing to be different. They definitely look appropriate, given charachter of the car. In terms of fuctionality though, I doubt they would be noticeable.
I really believe that is some of the best, self taught free hand moding I've seen. Now something I would like to see, a dash custom molded to fit gauges without the bracket, and added clusters. So we don't need pillar pods. Maybe three offset on top of the bottom middle 3, or a 2 model, and maybe two gauges on the sides of the gauge cluster on top of where the curve/hoop is?
