Default Extreme Dimensions urethane bumpers?

I am considering the Version 2 front bumper cover.

Does anyone have any hands-on experience with their Duroflex products?

I am concerned with the finish and fitment?

Thanks,
Garrie

One of my friends has a bomex rear bumper for his 3K from them, fitment was good not perfect but good. The finish look like the bumper had cellulite so it needs good prepwork to get it to look right.

Hah, I posted in the thread without knowing it.

Yes as my quote says I had an Extreme Dimensions kit at one time. There were little to no gaps upon first fitment.

Small world isn't it ha!

In this post, it sounds like you are favorable. You did mention in the prior post "I had to do was cut my stock crash bar as the bumper would not fit around it" Which bumper was it? That is definetly a question for me to ask Extreme Dimensions. I am considering the Version 2.

I had to make cuts on both bumpers.

It really wasnt a huge issue. I placed the bumper up where it should sit, made a mark of the bumper where it interfered and then cut it using a 4" grinder with a cut-off wheel.

I had no problems with the finish. It was actually quite smooth.
