Default Adding 1st gen sunroof

i didnt know whether to post this on body or interior so i'm sorry.
I was wondering what you guys thought about adding the 1st gen pop out sunroof to my 97 that I just bought. I was very disappointed that it didnt have the moonroof.. Its a sports car it should have one!
I'm thinking it would be too hard to add the electric moonroof but the pop out would be functional and 'fairly' easy to put in.. unless im missing something itd basically just be.. cutting the hole, fitting the trim/seals and then dropping in the window right?
If anyone has ever done this or in general added a sunroof/moonroof to a car please let me know your thoughts on this as well as what it cost you.

The install is by all means possible, and not too terrible difficult.

Truth be told though, and electric set up really isn't all that expensive these days, and barely any more challenging to install than just dropping in the pop roof.

The spoiler style (up, out, and back) roof looks pure sex when opened on 3rd gen cars with the hoop spoiler.
