I'll take a look at a few junkyards and such, but I'm getting the conversion done by a shop 700 miles away, so I'd like it to be as straightforward as possible. I'll probably end up just buying the shiny, perfect parts from 3X and save the hassle of problems later on....

Any idea how difficult it is to swap?

There it is. That is everything I needed already having the 99 front bumper but none of the correct braces or plastics. It's round 1, I think there may be some supports I missed but we'll sort all that out when these come in. So stay tuned.
