99 bumper questions
I am saving up to do a 99 front end conversion on my 91 and I've got a couple of questions.
1. I know I need the 2gen headlight buckets (I'm not willing to cut my 1gen buckets to make it fit). But do I need the radiator support bar, or is it the same as a 1g? 2. What's the cheapest place to buy a 99 front bumper from? So far the best I've seen is IPS at about $450.

I believe the rad. support bar is identical.
Cherry hill has it for $435 but not sure what shipping would be ... I could have sworn I'd seen it cheaper than that somewhere.
