Default 2nd Gen Stealth Rear Bumper on 1st Gen??

i've been searching around for about 30 minutes but havent found anything yet. Is a second gen bumper a direct bolt on to a first gen or do i need different mounting hardware?? I'm 90% positive ill have no problems but i just wanted to make sure.
Thanks
A Str8

they are bolt up, but there is a mounting plate that holds the 2nd gen bumper down. Many have not used it though.

They should be a direct bolt on if you already have an R/T model, but if you have a Base/ES model they are not a direct bolt on.
