if your going to do something do it right or dont do it at all. It has been proven countless times that the inserts are garbage. and our issue is with the factory diff itself failing. Get an LSD, work and save for it like everybody else |

and obviously a $1000 quaife isnt gonna compare to a $150 insert but i was just wondering if it'd be a good idea to get since most of the money is going towards the turbo(s) and all the supporting good schtuff i know its not that much money but i plan on doing everything possible to make this cost efficient. everything i can do by myself i'm gonna do. i was actually thinkin about a single turbo set up prolly a bigger one so it'll take longer to spool so i wont need new tires every week |

the tranny u blow up is gonna make sure of that. If ur tight on cash, sell the GT buy your self something cheap and reliable, work save the money then buy a VR4 when you have a good job and can support yourself. If you want the speed now sacrifices have to be made, get 2 jobs if you have to but dont build something cheap. Take your time and save. Ive been collecting parts for my TT conversion since 2005. Its a necessary sacrifice, cause I'm not going to build something unreliable Go big or go home. |

no cop out and buying a vr4
I wanna be able to say i built that thing and it's damn fast. not sayin that it'll be the fastest thing out there but I'm hoping for atleast 320 horses idk i just dont agree with the go big or go home theory. I want a decently fast car thats street drivable w/o breaking the bank either i dont plan on beatin on the car but just wanna be able to know i can gun it if need be i will RARELY go to the track with her with that said is the quaife still worth it or is the insert adequate? again i know the quaife is the way to go if you have the money |
