hey, just out of curiosity...was your CV joint already having some problems before you took it to the track or did it just break out of no where?
My driver-side CV is already making that noise that sounds like a nut tumbling inside a metal container...it's only been making that noise for about 2 weeks now, so I'm just trying to figure out how long it will last on its last leg. |

Cant get there from here!
|
Sometimes you can get a lot of life out of a clunker shaft and sometimes you cant. Your call. You take the chance on where it might finally break.
Replacements- As easy as the local parts store. Autozone has been mentioned for OK prices. If your going to the drags often you should probablt spend the extra money to get a set of beefier ones. -SP
