Just heard the news....Yay!!! i own 3 92's so im already covered, but this is really good news. if anyone lives in northern california there is a dodge dealership here in Vacaville i would recomend for your recall. i had my tt stealth done 4 times with 3 new transfer cases and with no charge (thought my transfer case was leaking, but was my tranny...oops) as well as another stealth once. they are quick and do a great job.

But............... will they cover it with a modded car? ie engine work, aftermarket clutch or driveshaft?
I bet they will give you trouble with mods.

my 92 TT had a carbon fiber driveshaft on it and i didnt even hear a word. Im sure that if you had your "bling" down to a minimum you would be ok. Fancy stickers and shiny objects might catch their eye, but who knows maybe it wont.

your clutch they cant see, so dont worry. "engine work" needs to be defined.

The second time I had mine swapped I was bpu + cdfs, but I did put back on the stock downpipe/cat just to be sure. They didn't say anything about the cfds.

I don't see why not, same car, came from the same plant in Japan. Call & get them to run the VIN number.
