I think that every one of the cars is gonna have this problem sooner or later. So why dont we get a lawyer. Have a patition passed around that will include whoever wants to be involved in a lawsuit or claim and the one lawyer will try our case for everyone and we can split the cost. Basically like what Aron brokofich did. Get one lawyer for everyone. Cheap effective and is a much better step then calling and making complaints. I know that this worked for a suit against a restraunt that had some kinda problem with there food and gave lots of people food poisoning+they won and got lotsa $.Sence ALL OF YOU WILL HAVE THIS PROBLEM NOW OR LATER, why not consider this. Plus we all dont have to be at court. Just a represintative. (I spelled almost everything rong i know.....im a terrible speller.) Just my thought, but we would need everyone cooperation.

Ok, I also asked about recalls at the Mitsu dealer today....reply nada...had not heard about any recalls for the 3s....

Good news! I got a call from Daimler Chrysler Canada on Friday. (Yes...the actually called me...amazing!!!) They called just to inform me of the B17 recall, and that my car would be included in the recall.

I asked about when the recall will be "officially launched" and they said..."it still may be a while"...

But at least the wheels are turning...slowly..

What is the freaking deal with Canada? The U.S. is the home of lawsuits, where class action and punitive damages are sacred, and we've got nothing. This is amazing. What is Canada threatening Mitsu with? Please let us know.
