Default Syncro's? Or not? Weird........

Ok, so when the car is cold or at outside temp. It shifts fantastic, once it gets up to temp it gives the impression 2nd and 3rd gear syncros are out. Ideas????

Have you bled your clutch fluid lately? How's the pedal pressure?

If you put it in gear, with the clutch in, then give it a little gas does it creep forward?

Also is there a rattling noise from the bellhousing when not in gear with the clutch out, that goes away when you press the clutch in?

No, no creeping. There is no strange noise that I recall. I'll check when I go out later today. There is a noticeable difference at idol with the clutch in versus out and neutral.
