Default Shifting problems after clutch install

Recently after installing a Southbend clutch I have been having shifting troubles.

Sometimes when at a dead stop(sometimes on startup, sometimes while backing into a parking spot) I cant go into any gear. If I sit a while and play with it it will go in perfect with no grind.

I took it to the dealership after having no luck myself and they said it was an internal problem with the tranny itself.

I cant see it being the tranny as it worked fine pre-clutch install.

Things I have done so far:Adjusted pedal the entire way out, verified the Slave cylinder is pushing the entire way out(per S316).

Any ideas?

Behind the pedal? Never knew it could be adjusted.

How so or a link, S316 says nothing about it.

To be honest, not sure but I've heard, and I use heard loosely, it done before. When you try to shift, does it seem like it hits a wall or something or catch on something mid shift or what?

Its not when I am driving, only when putting it in gear initially.

Feels like it is hitting a brick wall like there is no gear there at all. When it eventually goes in it goes into all gears smoothly. Until then I cant go into any gears.

yup, i had the same problem. Bleed the lines. that should fix it. If not, you probably need a new throwout bearing.

It shouldnt... unless you dumped the $%&@ out of it during the break-in period. Did you bleed your lines and check to make sure your master is full? no leaks in the lines?

Bled it twice, the fluid line isnt leaking anywhere.
