Default Need help finding tranny bearings please help!

I've finnaly gotten a good VCU and 18 spline shaft. Now heres my problem.

I wasn't 100% sure how to get the VCU out so I took off the top bearing on the intermediate shaft? and took one of the gears off so that I could get to that housing that holds the VCU.

One bearing has a part number 30207JR I have located this thrust/rolelr bearing through a local bearing distributer.

The problem is the plastic needle bearing assembly underneath that I melted when I heated up the Other race to remove it from the shaft. Not all of the needles turn now thats its melted. Does anyone have a part number? or a supplier to get just this one or both bearings?

Thanks
Mike k.
