Good question I have no idea but might as well guess:

Factory Fill - 100,000 Miles #3
GM #12346190 Synthetic - New (Castrol SynTorq LT) #4
Pennzoil Synchromesh - New #1
Pennzoil Synchromesh - 1500 Miles #2 (I especially hope this one is wrong)

Sad but true....

#1 - Pennzoil Synchromesh - New
#2 - Pennzoil Synchromesh - 1500 Miles
#3 - Factory Fill - 100,000 Miles
#4 - GM #12346190 Synthetic - New (Castrol SynTorq LT)

We'll know more when I get a sample back from the lab but visually it doesn't look good.

LOL

Well... I am going to the dealer to make them pour their GL4 castrol (only comes in drum, not for direct sale) into a container for me!

I am beginning to wonder if Pennzoil SM is really the same as the GM SM.

OMT

Looked like the same fluid in the transfer case that also has 100,000 miles. (based on color/smell/taste)

I refilled xfer case with Valvoline GL5/MT1 80-90 to flush it out. Planning to change the xfer case and rear end to Mobile Synthetic 80W/90 GL5 / MT1 fluid this coming weekend.

Refresh my memory, were you running GM or Penn Synchromesh? Miles?
