The lead time is still roughly 30 days with air freight included.
Wish I could be of more help but thats what Mitsu has available.

Thanks,

Also to try and speed things up for everyone:

1st: Ask for me (I'm not on individual commision but I have been working on this and know the channels to follow).

2nd: If I'm not available ask for extension # 3622 and leave a voicemail and I'll get started on your request & reply ASAP.

Thanks,
Howard

I know CRS sells those seals for around $5 each last I checked.

As for the fork, if you want it ASAP your best bet would be to keep trying to get up with John at CRS and have him ship it COD by what ever shipping you want. I ordered a 1/2 fork for my 6 speed a while ago and it was about $150. It also came with the rod attatched.

Howard, if I ever get enough time I'll give you a call one of these days I swear!

Bret you are right CRS is like $15 for all 3 of them so I am going to go ahead and get the seals from them.

Thanks for the heads up...

Rob

Bret,

I look forward to it.
I have some questions that you probably would be best to ask.
Also FWIW- I appreciate the referrals on ordering parts and I hope that you don't mind my referring people to you for Tech help (as you are the only Technician that I know of that has split the cases on these trannies).

I saw the RWD conversion in your Sig.
How much fun is it anyway...?
I would guess it would have to be a pretty wild ride (oversteer Rocks)

Regards,
Howard

bertz,

My pleasure...I just wish that I had better news.
I'm not worried about the sale. If I can help great...but if someone can do it faster I'm pleased.

It is all about the cars. Think of me as a stop-gap measure.
If know one can come through quickly then I'll make things happen though it takes time.

Thanks,
Howard

Howard recently helped me out with an input shaft seal/bearing. He overnighted to me and was very helpful!

Thanks howard!
