Default buzzing when down shifting to 1st

When i downshift into 1st gear it buzzes/grinds and wont go in. Think syncros?
I have no prob shifting into it when the car is stopped

Yep, the lining on the rings is probably worn completely out. When at idle the ring doesn't have to work very hard to stop the input shaft and clutch disk. When downshifting, it has to spin them up to RPM, so the rings have to work a lot harder. If they are weak, they will grind at that time.
