Sam, do you think this would be as crucial for the 5-speed bellhousings?

Looks kick ass. Lets hope this cures all 6 speed integrity issues. Good thing the gears all clear the plate, though... suprised there is that much room in there.

Sam no point in going elsewhere... just ship it... that price and quality look incredible. Plus most shops dont want to deal with One Offs anyhow...

Yes, I believe 5 speeds are going to run into this problem as well...ONCE you have a billet t-case.

You probably only start needing mods like this and the LSD and shift forks once you start nearing 600awhp.

If you're a first gen and don't have a billet t-case, the t-case is probably going to go first.

If you're a second gen, this is going to become required once you start getting more power (td05's or bigger) and start trying to get some insane 60 ft's at the track.

If you use your car as a daily driver, I wouldn't recommend it. But for $300, that's a cheap peace of mind.

Trevor, would I have to send them a TOB and the 5 speed TT release fork if I wanted that done to my 5spd AWD tranny just so they know how thick of a plate they can install?

I would do it in a heartbeat when I need to take it out to do a clutch, You can never have too much beefiness IMO no matter how much power you run. Besides, if torque is the number which is detrimental to the car, then even the smaller setups making less HP can produce significant torque figures. I see this as a very good mod for any 6 speed which sees alot of abuse. I cant think of a downside to running this 24/7 on a street car?

When will you have it tested at the track?
