Default 3 wheel drive ?

I have a 93 VR4 and last weekend I had it up on 4 jack stands with the wheels and tires off. I was trying to rotate the tires and diagnose a sound that seemed to be coming from the back passenger area. I had my son sit in the car with it in 1st gear and push on the accelerator. Three of the wheels were spinning the same amount but the front driver's side wheel was slowly moving and I could stop it with my hand. I know something is not right but not sure what to look at. Any advise would be helpful.
Thank You,

Mike Rappe

yes its pretty much normal due to the open front diff.

with everything in perfect shape all 4 wheels spin evenly in the air but with the age most oif these cars have i wouldnt be suprised if something is causing just a little drag on that 1 wheel.

my 97 spins all 4 on a lift but my old 91 only spun 3.

Normal. There is an open diff in the front. You can try to stop the one front wheel and the other should start turning.
