3 transmission bolts missing!! car makes whining noise as it climbes threw gears

i noticed oil in my driveway so i got under my car and there is oil leaking out of what i believe to be the bottom of my transmission. there are 3 empty threded holes where 3 bolts should be but i have no idea of how to find replacement bolts or wat there called. my car also makes a winde up noise as i accelerate threw each gear but mainly 2nd any help would be appriciated this is my only car and i dont want to drive it like this

1. DON'T drive the car until you verify that there is oil in the transmission. If it is empty that could account for the noise. You may be damaging the bearings.

2. Take pictures of the area(s) where the three bolts are missing and post them; that will make it easier to figure out what they are. Also take a picture of where you think the oil is leaking from.
