THEY ARE BAD PEOPLE...
do NOT take your car to MRD in Portsmouth..
i recently spent 10000 for the vr4 swap. i had the car back for two weeks and the front differential blew. they told me it was the way i drive and that it was my fault.. i drive to school and then to work.. i have no time to go out racing and gas is damn expensive. so i asked them how the hell is it my fault if i go straight to school and then straight to work. they said " i dont know dude bring it up here and we will look at it". it was there for 2 weeks. so i call them back and they told me my bill was $900. i didnt even know that they where working on it yet. they never told me anything about the parts they where buying or anything. so i payed the 900 to get my trans fixed. i had the car back for 3 days and now it wont go into gear and the clutch stays on the floor. here is the bad part. i call them and tell them what happened as im sitting on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting for a tow truck. i called and told them what happened and i was as nice as i could be.

me " hey man my car just broke down for the second time and my clutch is on the floor and wont come back up"

them " stop fucking complaining and just bring the damn car back up here, i cant fix the shit over the phone."

long pause
then i hung up, you cant speak to a customer like that. letalone make someone pay for something that you know is your fault. if you plan to take your car there i suggest you come rethink that..

My clutch pedal stuck to the ground found out it was a bad master and slave cylinder, but you probably got that fixed by now, make sure they bleed it when they replace it if you havent gotten it fixed.
