Sunroof Problems

Just an update, I took the rear trim piece off that holds the headliner on, and I didn't see anything that could cause this, I guess I am going to take the entire headliner out and see if I can get to the track. I think it may be off the track or something of that nature. I'll take pictures just in case I can fix it and post results or a walk through. In the shop manual it appears that it comes apart from the top, so if I can just get the damn thing to open maybe that will allow me to take it apart and fix it.

I have the same problem on a '97 ... been looking for a "how to" so I can get at it for over a year.
