A full stainless steel exhaust is definitely going to save you more then 4 kgs. Also the stock rims weigh a shit ton. Change them out if you haven't already. Your list seems pretty complete. What are you going to be using the car for?

Nice to know I can save more than 4kgs on s/s exhaust. Car is gonna be weekend car, occassional track car. I don't car how loud or uncomfy it is lol ![]() Wheels are definately on my list. Currently working from back to front on the car in the stripping process. Then I'll give it a good service, then buy some performance parts! |

i wouldn't recommend removing the front half of the carpet (you can go and cut off the portion under the seat, however. mainly because the sheetmetal will be very slippery when your shoes are wet.
also, if you don't mind the noise, you can just let the precats dump straight to the ground. you'll save more weight without the exhaust or downpipe. you're definitely on the right track to 3100lbs. do you have a sunroof? don't forget to remove that entire assembly and replace with riveted lexan.

Also, I did not think about cutting square out of the carpet where the seats are, i add that to my list. Thanks! That's not too bad an idea about the precats actually. I know turbos hate back pressure, but would the enigne on the whole lose out on low down power due to no exhaust? Nope, no sun roof! ![]() |

Got the dash out and installed some new dails too.
Check pic 3. The blue circle I drew on the pic is the only 3 wires im keeping out of all of that bunch. And those 3 wires might even go anyway (they are for g-shock sensor for ABS, which i prob take out too lol) |
