Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you make it through the wall.

I totally forgot to post here , that if you like the idea enough to use on your own car, then soon enough you can buy a set from a fellow user named Nodestination1 who took those covers to production.
gauging interest on a new product for our cars - everyone chime in!
