yes i plugged the two holes in the back.
I think i used the silicone to sparingly that i should have. i only used a 1/4" bead, next time i'm going to seal them for good.

Your issue would be the lexan lights. You'd have to find a set of 94 glass lights to do it like the OP.

almost finisehd with drivers side. only one layer of flat black thats why its abit uneven.. after taking pictures sanded again and filled some tiny holes... also need to paint the bracket legs, screws and other surroundings at the bracket connection.. thought about making some plug...but i think it would be too much pain..we'll see how just paint turns out.

when ill try the lenses on its gonna be a lot nicer. not sure yet though should i keep the brackets shiny or paint them black also...maybe shiny is a bit more effective...leaning towardskeeping it shiny...we'll see gonna try black anyways
hope you like the outcome so far.

i had some time to work on them.. i have to work on the whole body at thesame time
i took some pictures with the lenses in. IMO it would look better with the brackets black...car is also black. glasses were a little dirty and some dust on the covers...

got around to work on mitsu again... headlights are basically done..im going to fill some reallly small pin holes and then cover it with satin black. this is black primer right now..but i think thats basically the same.
i decided to paint brackets also black..same color as housing. 2 pictures have one bracket original color to compare... IMO much better when everything black.
Did one extra thing, took everything apart and painted the bulb housing with heat resistant black engine paint..glossy. before the lens didnt reflect so much black...rather something yellowish brownish a bit...maybe because of the chrome brackets also..anyways you might not see from the pics, but IRL its much better like this...
Enjoy
