the pic should be up.. an escalade ran a red light on left and i was going straight, i kindof went under the escalade.. the girl driving the car was hot and the officer was a guy so she turned the story around on me.. im eighteen she is hot and 27.. if you where the office who would you be believe??? anyway so can i save it, the problem is that i am still paying off a ten grand loan for the engine swap and the manual conversion. so i cant really afford to buy a different car.. i would really like to save her..

I worked at an autobody shop for three years and to put that car back together... looks totalled man, with that hard of a hit you easily could have bent the entire frame which means that the body shop has to put it on a machine that pulls in back into place. Then you have to get all the parts which looks to be alot, pay for labor, paint... these cars arent worth alot now but the parts are still wicked expensive which makes them total easily... get that front bumper and hood off and take pictures.

My dad's mazda 6 got rear ended and the frame bent, the insurance of the other guy covered it and theres absolutly no difference in handaling, if anything it was better because it was cleaner when he got it back :P

Its not a matter of if its $$$ worth it or not, its a matter of how much you love your car

camera's? witnesse's? any bodily injury? some guy ran a red light and took totalled my gf car while i was driving. I sued the bastard. got 4500. enough for a fresh tranny and a few treats to make the car go vroom.(if you know what i mean)....

I'm really sorry to see that.

I know you have put a lot of time and money into that car and weathered the woes of TT'ing a NA.

I would say it's totaled also.

Not so much the body work but the fact the fuse box is crushed worries me more. I can't imagine the work it would take to replace that.

Damn man that sucks, if she ran a red light regardless of how smokin' she may be isn't she still at fault? Does your neck hurt? Cuz let me tell you when its not my fault (never) mine is always a little sore when it comes to my car. Kidding but get checked out regardless, some things don't come up till later. Car does look totaled though sorry for your loss man.

It can be fixed. Cost ?? Any reputable body shop can do the job. You can look for and find good used parts, try ebay. I have a hood and slightly damaged bumber. Good luck! I know how you feel.

well the body shop came and looked at it today.. he told me that it looked like $3,000 just in body work.. then i would have to get a shop to do the mechanical work.. i dont know what to do i would be paying a little less to fix it than i would be to buy a used car. i cant really drive any other car than a 3000, i just dont feel comfortable in any other car..
