So i got a coin-holder, a new top for the center console since mine had a hole in it... a couple pieces of trim, etc...

It worked out really nicely, except for the passenger side window regulator... both of them are hosed, haha... but now i have a spare drivers-side regulator in good shape

I'm glad the car worked out well for you.

Haha yeah, you also have a Vette I had just had some tranny work done on this, and i wasn't about to give up on it, Overall the cost that i am going to incur will be less than finding a new car (which would be a VR4) and parting out my car, i think. So its good for now.

Hmm, i was thinking the light would still light up on the switch even if that was the case?

Are you serious?? for that little dent? that would be a shame! hehe
One day there won't be enough vr-4s to go around if they're all being parted out for god's sake!! what would happen to the community???? :P
then again that would make the few that are left and running that much closer to being collection items $$$$$$$$$$

Anyways, looks like a job well done, Malechite, congrats and take care of that baby

Haha thanks. Still got a bit more to do, but all the damage is fixed. Now im working on miscelanious repairs while the whole thing is tore apart... Passenger window regulator, replace foglight bulbs, check out ECU (which i did today... had warranty stickers from 04 saying it was rebuilt, opened it up, and yeah it was...and they sure did a shitty job of it, but it works so i'll leave it i guess)... and the big thing is prepping everything for paint

Im guessing it will still be in pieces for about a month yet, but after that, its going to be one nice looking car in good shape!

So, a little update on little miscellaneous fixes all around...

Got the Fog-lights replaced, with new bulbs so those are all working. Today Street_Chally and I worked on the passenger side window regulator, so i have a working passenger window, and also my drivers side door would lock or unlock from the key outside, so we decided to swap out that whole mechanism... so that works as well!

Also, i have been working on sanding the old crappy chipped and peeling paint of the front bumper... probably have about 4 hours into that, still need to do the cracks and crevasses, and then move on to the hood
