It is the engine temperature gauge.
Manuel transmission. It will go but the power will be restricted if the needle on the gauge is below or close to cold. But when it does warm up it releases all the restricted power. And it doesn't mater if its cold or hot out it will still restrict power until the gauge has left cold. so it is a safety or something? |
