Default Door lock / power to door problem

I searched on here and did not find any solutions to my problem, my door locks stopped working, i tried the switches on both doors and it wont lock or unlock. Someone on here mentioned a MB543647 Relay behind the fuse box and i bought one but didn't fix anything. The windows roll up and down fine... Any suggestions?

Also a few months ago, on the drivers side only, when i hit unlock it does not work, but on the pasg side it did, i changed out the switch in the door and it did not solve the problem...

You need to check the harness in the door jam. There is likely a broken wire.

Perhaps it has something to do with the actual wiring.
I'm not an electronics technician or anything, but bad wiring can cause shorts in your system.

Which wiring would i start at tho ? Would a broken wire in one of the door jams make both of the door locks not work?

Yes. Power in the drivers harness affects both sides.

Mine did that too, but if you grounded the one wire at the ETACS, both sides would lock and unlock, but only the passenger side switch would work. I installed an alarm to solve the issue
