Default Doing the Robo Mod..

well im currently working on doing the headlights to robo but im wondering how exactly step by step sand off the paint? i have 95' headlights and as of now its a bitch because the plastic is just all rough and blurry. I tried searching for it but didnt find anything. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

thanks for that, but i have the lexan lamps. With the plastic. I already baked them and took off the covers, i just need help with the sanding process and clearing and smoothing the plastic out.

Good luck with that. Noone has yet to ever complete that i think one guy said he got close but it was 6 hours per light of pure sanding

actually i already did it, its not as clear as the glass would be but still looks pretty good, and didnt need to do that much sanding. Found a new way to get rid of the paint in like a hr. got a lot of compliments on the lights so far sooo..im guessing it turned out alright. Im at school right now, i'll post pics later.

^ He probably has already with 1500 grit.
It takes even more, high speed buffer and the right compounds to get them better.
