Those will definitely cut down the amp draw when you hit the brake, those indescant bulbs draw enough juice to power a small car amp!

1000 LED's, 2.2v each, .02A thats .044 watts each led, 44 watts total.

And what, one incandescent bulb pulls how much? 25-50 watts?

Not a bad power saver ; )

The long awaited reply.... enjoy!

The tail light system will take at most 12 watts… this includes parking lights, brake lights, and turn signals (minus 3rd brake light, but it won’t add much more to the 12 watts).  Point of reference… a 194 bulb ~ 5 watts… 1157/3157 ~ 27 watts max.
Now remember that watts are a total of amperage and voltage… total draw of power.

Ok now for the nitty gritty….

$350.00-$900.00 for the tail/stop/turn system.

Individual L.E.D.’s arrange from 352 - 1,164 pieces. Quantities don’t directly reflect cost or light output. It is dependent on type of L.E.D.’s used. Either the 5mm through hole, or super flux type L.E.D.’s will be used.

High mount “third” brake light, $150.00.

The prices listed above are a benchmark, an average. Late Night Custom wants to keep individuality between all of its clients, and take in consideration the client’s wants, needs, and ideas. Any differences in designs or L.E.D. array layouts and L.E.D. count, will reflect a difference in price.

5mm L.E.D.’s tend to have a more direct, focused light pattern, while super flux L.E.D.’s disperse the light in a wider more open light pattern. 5mm L.E.D.’s cost less than super flux on average.

Another rule of thumb… most newer luxury cars use super flux as tail/brake lights, as where a third brake light or high mount/spoiler mounted L.E.D. brake light will be 5mm L.E.D.’s usually.

Example: focus a flashlight to a small spot (5mm), and then open it wide (super flux).

2-3 weeks for completion installed in housing.

Customer must supply housing, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Refraction material (if present) is optionally taken out. Picture above, shows material has been taken out, which allows you to see the L.E.D.’s individually.

All lenses will be buffed to look new again, included in L.E.D. retrofit.

If applicable, center section is to be buffed; a $15 surcharge is applied.

Last note… systems will be plug-in and play, no wiring hassles!
