Default 2nd gen foglights on 1g?

I was wondering if 2g or 3g foglights (if even such a thing) will plug right into 1g foglight cables?

Are there any fog lights that will fit on there other than the stock ones?

Wow seems like 2004 was yesterday.
Try these, you can just screw them right into bumper
Maximal Performance - Hella "99 Style" Fog Lights

Also one thing I need to mention - stock foglights are helping to push the air into sidemounts.

Wow, those look great , and for a great price..

but, can you make those HID?

and this would all be for a 1G stealth RT/TT

When it came to actually using the fogs, I will have a Cianci 1g front bumper on as well... so no matter what way I go, I'll have to custom fab some little holders for them.

Thanks for the info too on the SMICs, I had no idea the stock foglights helped push air like that.

Don't all 91-99 3s' use H3 bulbs for the Fog Lights?

What sort of connector is on the 1st gen as opposed to 2nd and 3rd gen? Just wondering so I could maybe get an adapter.

I think I remember paying around $30 at walmart for a set that looked just like that. Had them on my previous car.

Here's some for $40 at autozone. Look just like the ones from maximalperformance.

Im about to buy the maximal ones, does anyone know how to wire them up to 1st gen Fog Light wires? These fogs complete my 99 conversion.
