well All i need to do to complete the conversion is find the ecu for the tt and thats the most expensive part. I think i needed to start with that first, so i am going to start all over now and get rid of what i got now to get the money back. I need other little parts like:
--Thermostat/Water Housing "waterneck"/ turbo timer
--Stock Blowoff Valve or Aftermarket (turbo XS RFL)
--RFL BOV Adapter plate 1 EGR Block off Plate (Get 2 if your using TT Plenum)
--Twin Turbo Front Motor Mount Bracket
--Oil and Cooling TT Oil Cooler
--Oil Cooler feed and return lines w/ Eye Bolts oil filter bracket (Get new or from a newer car)
--Joint for the Rear Turbo Feed Line (MD161392)
--Front and Rear Oil Feed Lines w/ Eye Bolts (Get New)
--Front and Rear Oil Return Lines Front and Rear Water Coolant Feed Lines W/ Eye Bolts
--Electronics S-AFC
--Boost gauge
--Wide band Air/Fuel ratio gauge
--Exhaust /Gas temperature gauge
--Manual Boost Controller or Electronic Boost Controller
-Knock sensor
and then im done!! but i dont have the money for it!! because i bought the stealth...I got greedy.
My Stealth isnt broken, but it's on the other side of the country. Havent had time to get it shipped out here yet. I could bring my NSX though. Lets do a meet sometime after Christmas!
Cool that will give me time to work on the 3000 and on the stealth so that maybe i can take both. The 3000 is running but i wanna make sure it will make the trip
Sounds great. Unless something out of the ordinary happens, I will be "stuck" driving the NSX. I haven't driven my stealth in over a year because of Iraq, and now I'm really starting to miss her! When I get back from the Christmas break/vacation/holiday/visit, I will post again and try to work out specifics. Merry Christmas everyone.
meza,
What parts do you still need? I've got a ton of shit left over still. Even have an extra ecu (1st gen) but I still need to replace the caps. While the car runs fine with it in, on the data logger all the sensor readings jump all over the place!
Stealthmode guy,
PEE PEE on you! What year is your nsx? You poor SOB.
Shane,
When are you wanting to take a look at it? Maybe we can do a weekend of Paint Armondo's car and fix yours? Have to be somewhat quickly since that turb`bag is leaving.
