Anybody interested in a carbon fiber or fiberglass hatch? I know a guy who might be able to fab one up. don't know any details yet. Just seeing how many people would be interested before I talk to him about it. It's a local guy. Thanks!

Well, was gonna see about the hatch first and if there is enough interest then I am sure that other pieces could be fabbed. But first I need to know how many people would do it, to see if it would be worth his time.
i think it would be pretty cool but most fb hatches i have seen go for around 800 which is more than i would want to pay and i doubt that includes glass
the only reason i would throw the rb26 in my car would be so i could throw a bunch of gt-r stickers on it and not be a complete dumbass like half the mustang owners out here...a 3000gt-r would be pretty badass if you could actually pull it off

Yeah, they deffinitely are pricey. Found out that this guy only does carbon fiber overlay (gay) so looks like this isn't gonna work. Anybody know where to find a fiberglass hatch? I have looked all over. I know Cianci used to make them but I can't find anyone who does anymore.
they go for 399-699 on ebay allready but i cant get the seller to tell if i can attach my inner plastic panels or if its gonna be skelleton style. i want to get one with a lexan window someday.
as for the doors. i heard from an evo owner that the cf doors are real cool for about a week. then you are constantly adjusting(daily to weekly) them and they rattle something fierce!
