Default a/c help

In the valley of the sun it is very difficult to have your daily drive w/out any a/c, so I am looking for anyone who knows anythnig about it or anyone who knows of a good place to refill my system. I have a 91 so it takes R12. I also just replaced the a/c compressor and I know i need to replace the drier and condensor (i think), but since in the other compressor there was R134, i need to know if anyone knows how to flush the lines and anything else i need to do. Its not the same as using the vacuum, so i dont know what to do. Should i just refill the system w/ R12? falcon, do you still have the a/c lines?

The cheap way to do it is the get the r134a retrofit adapters and fill it up with 134a, empty it and fill it again.

If your lines have been off for any amount of time there is no r12 in there. I have done it to 2 3s's and a couple dsm's. Of course it's better to have it vacuumed before you fill it, but all you need to switch from r12 to 134a is the adapters to fill it with. By the way i'm going to pick up a stealth tt this week at a secret location. I sold the galant to a guy from tuscon, the trans leak was a bolt that backed out of the shifter lever assembly. The car ran like a dream at 20 psi with no leaks of any kind, he was stoked. Usually within a week of perfecting a car i sell it and buy something else that's f'ed up.
