Default need help no charge from altenator

the thing with my car is new battery, new altenator, new relay new 120 amp fuse, car starts and runs fine but no charge, whatever the battery is that all I have, check all fuses under the hood and inder the dash, some one said maybe the etacs but I have no idea what that is or how you check it, tested the new altenator b-4 I installed good, checked the grounds, new battery terminals, I have even tried to jump the whole she-bang by attaching a jumper wire straight from the battery to the altebator no change, still the same. Guys I'm lost have no idea what it could be. do any of you guys have any suggestions?

yeah the belt turns and the belt is tight I also replaced it also. altenator turns no squeaking, just runs normal, but with no charge I was looking for some sort of fusable link in line to the cable running back to the battery but I couldn't find anything.

yeah I seen that I just can't seem to find the fusable link I search all under and around the fuse box, I even too the bottom off te box off to see if it was in the all I see is a 120 amp fuse and a relay. they said something about to bolts I'm not seeing anything like that just that you have to loose two bols to remove the 120 amp fuse and I went ahead and replaced it along with the relay just to remove those as a possibility. the car just acts like the alt is bad, dim lights the bat ligth comes on gauge stays around 10 volts untill I charge it then it goes up to like 12 then I run the car and later on it just drains the battery.
