The official thread will not be posted on the website (www.georgia3s.com/BRG). Our website is up on Killboy/TailoftheDragon/Deal'sGap websites and cops do check them. Id' rather not tell them our exact schedule if they look!

BRG08 Schedule

Friday/Friday Night

• Check-in to hotel & groups arriving to Pigeon Forge
  • Friday night is a pretty "do as you want" night because of the various times people are arriving. In the past it has consisted of cruising the strip, hanging out, having a few drinks, Go Karting, put-putting, seeing those you have not seen in a while, checking out new additions to the cars, checking out the cars that havn't been there before, getting food in an unplanned manner in smaller groups, etc. Even if part of the group is gone, there's always a portion of the group at the hotel hanging out with the cars!

Saturday

• 10am: Everyone to meet in the parking lot to get ready for the caravan
  • This is the time to get a quick bite to eat and gas. Not when the caravan leaves. It'll be hard enough to keep everyone together as is.
• 10:30am: Caravan leaves the hotel parking lot for the Dragon.
  • Everyone will have a map. But, bring your 2 way if you have one. Christy wil be handing out maps Friday/Friday night/Saturday morning before we leave. If you need one, look for me.
• 12pm/12.30pm: Approx time we will have made our first run through the Dragon and onto the other side where the Dragon Den restaurant is waiting for us for lunch! This is also where the Dragon gift shop/gas station is.
  • We will go over the Dragon runs when we get to the start of the Dragon. We will pull off in the gravel lot we always use. So, if you were split from the caravan on the way there, everyone will be re-grouped before running. The run groups will be sorted out in the lot and rules will be gone over. Remember: this is a public road where motorcycles thrive. There are expressed rules for the car clubs and if a cop is patrolling you can/will be pulled over. Run it at your own risk, but run it the right way.
• 1.30pm/2pm: We will make our last run through the Gap back to Pigeon Forge.

Saturday Night

• 5pm: Car show starts. Everyone will recieve a ballot (drivers and passengers/attendees) and vote on the categories. Hanging out in the parking lot and voting!
• 8pm: Dinner & Awards at the Golden Corral.
• After dinner is partying at the hotel. Rules: No burnouts, no letter changing on signs , and always remember to reach 88mph

Sunday

• Some people sleep through breakfast and make lunch plans, but that will be up to the individuals or groups!
