ok, update. i found a couple of hotels that can book us. we would have to be 2/room, but i dont think anyone would have a problem with that. im working on prices now, ill post them up tomorrow most likely. im negotiating a group rate with the sandcastle hotel right now, and it looks like it will be our best bet. some other prices i found (places that would not give group rates) are as follows.

Quality Inn 58.95/person/night
Comfort Inn 49.95/person/night
without the group rate, the sandcastle is about 80/person/night, so i guess we'll see.

these prices are quotes for 2 nights (18th and 19th) with check in on the 18th and check out on the 20th

the rooms aren't ocean front on those prices, but the hotel is. the sandcastle im trying to get oceanfront which they said is possible. so we shall see
