saw a black 99 on 295 SB around exit exit at 2:30 today I was going NB
think it was a 99 at least had the wing but was too fast to eyeball the front and side

Nope the base looked completely stock, right down to the wheels and tires.

I think I know the person your talking about though, he lives out around there and I bought a couple parts off of him. Was it the guy with the novara bumper? Very nice guy.

I also keep seeing a dark green 94-96 base or sl in hackettstown at the golds gym. Don't know who's it is though.
