What are you stuck on? I don't have the time especially since classes JUST started today and I already have papers due...but I can walk you through it. It's actually really easy.

the problem is that the cat. converter is rusted on to the catback so the two need to be disconnected with some sort of saw or a chisel(sp) before the dp can come off. does anyone have the tools for this?

Go to home depot and rent a circular hand cutting saw. Hack it inbetween the flanges...I had to do cut between the flanges on my last VR-4, then took the air chisel to it from there.
