oh here is a pic of my white vr-4, i sold it last december biggest regret of my life.
Was that car in primer when you got it? I looked at a 91 vr4 with miles like that about a year and a half or so ago and it was all there just in a million pieces. Only reason i didn't take it at the time was cause the title was messed up and he needed to title it in his name first. I can't remember his name but he worked as a tech for a large dealership.

no this car was on the side of some dudes house like 5 mins away from my house, it had original paint no primer nothing i just cleaned the car up and it was perfect just had to drop another motor in which i got for pretty cheap from a friend who totaled his TTstealth. all in all the car ran me about 4Gs including the price of the car, and obviously the labor was free cause i do all my own work like a lot of people on here. it was a gorgeous car man, ill see if i can find pics of it before.

here are some pics of how i got it and how it ended up, when i 1st got it the car just the shortblock and trans sitting in the engine bay everything else (heads, turbos, plenums) was in the trunk.
the day i got it to my GFs house

just cleaned the car up still no motor.

after

i carfaxed the car just because i couldnt believe that it was seriously 46K and it really was, you could see it in the paint and how smooth the tranny shifted that this wasnt no 150,000 mile VR-4, the car looked just as good in person as it did in the pix, i still think selling that car was the biggest mistake i ever done

you think thats bad you shoulda seen the 300ZX TT my friend got in the same neighborhood for 600dollars, car had 36K on it, wtf all it needed was a battery and to have the brakes bled. it had to be the biggest steal in the history of stealing cars.

this is how the car sat after he pushed it home. (thats how close this guy lived to my friend)

the paint on his Z wasnt as nice as mine, most of the clear coat on his car was gone and there was minor rust on the hatch but it wasnt really a big deal the car started and drove perfectly fine. it amazes me that it was a few blocks away from the place i got my white Vr-4 at.
all we need to do is find a twin turbo supra with low miles now rotting somewhere for around 2000-3000 dollars

How much milage is on the VR4? If you are deciding to sell the car as a whole, please let me know. Do you have any engine shots of the car? I am extremely interested.

114k on the odom.

I'll have 15 pics soon. I'll probably make a for sale thread since this thread got hijacked by someone who wanted to show off their cars (poor netiquette!)
