Thats because someone should be a "Lead" for each section/forum/sub-forum whatever. I don't know how many moderators 3SI has, but it would do them a service if they'd spread the responsibility a "lil" bit.

Jesus- god-almighty___ Look at the header. Does it say, "Ask questions on the sizing of turbos?"
The header says___ "ECU tuning"
Do we still wonder why the 3SI.org forum suffers a bit in usefullness?

BTW, periods, commas, capitals and all other forms of punctuation really help the reader understand what is intended in the writing.

Default Tuning - Logging

14 posts and this thread is dead I have a more related question tuning/logging.

I just bought a 94 VR-4 and I'm dying to start tweaking it, but think beyond the basic breathing mods I need a datalogger before I start changing out the injectors, ect. I have done searches ad nauseum and have really only found posts in the archives back in 99/00.

Whats the latest for us poor 94-95 owners as far as that dreaded OBD I-II

Has someone figured out how to make the OBDII translate? Is there an option to swap ECUs with a 93 or 96?

If we can't get a logger how does something like an piggyback controller access the ECU, just by modifying the incoming signal?

It's hard to believe with the knowledge base and networking that either we or someone at OpenTune, ect can't be paid to develop something. ARRGG

I'd would be willing (and I'm sure a few 100 more 94-95 owners) to promise an order for a solution to this. Some savvy tech should be willing to make some $$ c`mon who want's to make some deniro
