Default Very strange WOT log with AEM EMS

I recorded a log doing a 2nd gear pull into a 3rd gear pull. When it entered into boost I started to experience what felt like spark cutout. It got progressively worse until I shifted into 3rd. As soon as I got into 3rd gear, the car really started to stutter and lost power. It wasn't fuel cut though. The car seemed confused. Also, what's really confusing is that the log shows 2 full seconds during the 3rd gear pull where the logged items froze, or flatlined. EVERYTHING flatlined. I don't know if I need an aftermarket ignition control system or "booster", or if I need have an intermittent connection with the EMS, but if that were the case then there would be a warning sign saying the EMS disconnected from the computer. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention, within the 2.5 seconds that the system log was frozen, I got off the gas about 1 second into the flatline, and my wideband read 10.0 for about 5 seconds before coming back up to 14.7 ish
